初心者の方でも比較的簡単に作れて比較的簡単にDS+ODがクリア出来るようなビルドを作ってみました。
No DLCで尚且つNo Infamyでも作れるようにしてあります。
「DS+ODやりたいけど未だInfamousになっていないし、DLCもないから迷惑かけるだけで終わりそう…」と悩んでいる方に少しでも参考になったらと思います。

やはりArmorerは強いですね。
よくICTV(最も重量が重く、最も硬いアーマー)を着用したArmorerさんを見かけますが、正直スーツの方が強いと思います。
そもそもアーマー全損時に2秒間の無敵時間が発生する時点でかなり強いです。
Bullseyeも取得する事でAnarchistに近い動きが可能になりますのでおすすめのパークです(DLCがある場合はAnarchistの方を推奨します

DLCが無い状態での強パークはないと思われがちですが、実は結構強パークがあったりします。
Armorer, Rogue, Ex-President, Sicario, Stoic, Hacker辺りはどれも強パーク…特にRogueとStoicに関しては群を抜く性能があります。

※Galant Rifle + 5/7 AP + Electrical Brass Knuckles + Concussion Grenade + Doctor Bag(x2) + Two-piece Suit + Rogueという組み合わせはNo DLCでも非常に強いビルドですがサイドジョブの達成等面倒な部分があるので今回は此方のビルドにしました。
