キャプチャーした動画の画質は比較的良いと思うので、エンコード次第でもっと高画質になると思います。
エンコードの際にインターレース解除と、色調補正、若干の黒縁のカットを行っています。

(追記) インターレース解除の方法を変えたら、字幕が見やすくなりました。プレイ中のラグはソフトウェアエンコードなのでPCの性能に依存しますが、特に感じませんでした。
