【解説】

病気になってまで痩せたかった語り手ですが、糖尿病になってやっと痩せることができたようです。
ただそうは上手くいかないわけでして、夢にまで見た30kgということですが、
"糖尿病性眼症"になってしまって失明してしまったため、「夢しか見る」事が出来ないのでしょう。

そして具体的に明日3kg体重が減ることがわかっているわけですが、
これは"糖尿病性壊そ"が起きてしまっていて、手足を切り落とす必要が出てきてしまったんでしょうね。

45回転でカッテキングされている珍しいレコード盤を聴いてみました。
LPレコードと言えば、通常33回転でカッテキングされているのですが、このレコードは45回転と言うスピードでカッティングされています。
それもカッティングするときは、半分の22.5回転でカッティングするという念の入れよう。
その為、通常のレコード盤よりも更に高音質で聴くことが出来ます。
今回もDENONのカートリッジ「DL-110」で音を拾っています。
