Super Mario Bros. is a platforming game for the Nintendo Entertainment System and quite possibly the most influential game ever released for the console. Having been bundled with every brand new NES console, it is the game most people think of when it comes to the NES. Just about every platforming game in the '80s and '90s has taken inspiration from this game one way or another.

The efforts of multiple Super Mario Bros. speedrunning veterans have been combined to complete a run that both beats the game and scores so many points that the score counter wraps over. While this may sound simple to achieve, doing so as fast as possible is not as simple as there are more optimal ways to farm points than the simple 1UP Koopa shell trick and places where it can be done quicker without wasting too much time. September 4 was Senritsu's 15th anniversary!
It's been many years since I created her. She allowed me to meet so many people, to improve as an artist in many ways, and to learn so much more about my own voice...

That's why I thought it would be a wonderful idea to redo the cover I made for her first anniversary. It's a song that I'm very fond of; it also made me realize that content could be created in Spanish from all over the world!
And yes, even though it's Utau's anniversary... I thought it was a nice moment to show how the first version (super pre-alpha) of Senritsu's DS sounds!
Many thanks to nJokisLabs for their assistance in creating the VB!

There's still a lot of work to be done, but I feel like this is a nice way to show how Senritsu has progressed.
