Everything's kinda scuffed, but maybe that adds to the charm? First time personally drawing the artwork for a cover. Used the original artwork to get the base, then resized/redrew it from there. I'm not very skilled at drawing currently, know enough to tell the art have some things wrong with it but not exactly able to fix them. sort of frustrating, but overall it was fun to make, and it turned out? passable?
Anyway, as always, enjoy, and I'm sorry.

When Shantae's Uncle Mimic returns from an expedition, he presents the residents of Scuttle Town his latest find. But he's accidentally brought the wrong thing, an ancient lamp. Before he gets a chance to put it back, the lady pirate Risky Boots turns up with her minions and swipes the lamp! Shantae, eager to help, makes chase, and begins another adventure.
Shantae: Risky's Revenge is the sequel to the Game Boy Color game, Shantae. In it, you play as the half-genie Shantae, who can use her long ponytail like a whip to attack, and later gains the abilities to transform into different creatures by performing special dances. Shantae can also purchase magic spells that allow her to either protect herself, or fight offensively.
Director's Cut is a special edition of Shantae: Risky's Revenge. While the game remains largely untouched, several new features are added. A new warp system is utilized, and a new unlockable Magic Mode is also added.
