さて、この日は日置市美山で行われた「美山CRAFTWEEK（クラフトウィーク）」を視察に行ってきました。
令和6年(2024年)度は、10月26日から11月04日まで行われました。
以前は、「美山窯元祭り」として実施されていましたが、コロナ禍で感染防止の為に見直され、そして「薩摩焼のまち」から「クラフトのまち」へと進化するにあたり、「美山CRAFTWEEK（クラフトウィーク）」となりました。
この地域では、以前に「美山の朝マルシェ」が行われていましたが、こちらもコロナ禍で感染防止の為、中止となり現在にいたります。
その後、cocoNotsuがオープンし、そちらで月一マルシェの「cocoNotsuマルシェ」が開かれています。
