It raises it to "BPM140" as it makes by "BPM135"
and it is a time stretch and the pitch conversion doesn't exist.

SWAT4で1,2を争うサイコ回。バニラでは２つ目のミッションだけど、MOD(SEF)では１つ目だゾ。

結構特徴的な事件で元ネタあるのかと探してみたけど、んにゃぴ…よくわかんなかったです。
マーダーケースブック全巻持っているようなサイコパスに自信兄貴いたら調べてぜひ元ネタ教えてほしいゾ。

・押収した武器の販売について
押収した武器をどうするかは（多くの州では）法執行機関に委ねれらている。
オークションで販売して資金源にしている機関もあれば、溶鉱炉送りで二度と犯罪に使わせない機関もある。

例えばNYPDやシアトル警察は押収した銃を溶鉱炉行きにしているが、一方でケンタッキー州なんかでは、
「押収した武器は販売しなければならない」というとんでもない州法があるため、全ての機関で銃を販売している。

ちなみに日本では売りようがないため全て溶鉱炉行きにされる。
ただし、合法的に所持可能な猟銃なんかは競売されるらしい？
（ソースが知恵袋情報のみのため本当かどうか不明　詳しい人いたら教えてほしいゾ）
