【材料】
キャベツ……半玉
小麦粉……多分500gくらいな気がする
卵……1個だけど無くてもどうにかなるよ
油揚げ……一枚につき一つ

【作り方】
①キャベツを千切りにして、卵と混ぜる
②小麦粉を入れて、生地がいい感じになる量の水を入れる（過不足は調整してね）
③油揚げをお好みの大きさに切る
④フライパンにごま油を引いて油揚げを置き、生地を入れる
⑤表面が焼けたらひっくり返して蒸し焼きにする
⑥焼けたらソース、マヨ、鰹節をかけて完成！
