【材料】
にんじん……1本
玉ねぎ……1個
にんにく……好きなだけ
合いびき肉……250g
トマト缶……1缶
バーモンドカレー……2欠片
中濃ソース……一回し
はちみつ……一回し
豚バラ……好きな枚数入れていいぞ……！
卵……1個
ホットケーキミックス……バッター液として使える程度
パン粉……豚バラさんが隠れるくらい

【作り方】
①玉ねぎ、にんじんをみじん切りにして、にんにくと一緒にオリーブオイルで炒める。
②しっとりしたら挽肉を入れ、色が変わる程度まで炒める。
③トマト缶を入れ、5分ほど煮込む。
④バーモンドカレーを入れてなじんだら中濃ソースとはちみつを入れ、10分程度煮込む。
⑤豚バラに切れ込みを入れる。
⑥卵を溶いて、ホットケーキミックスを適量入れ、バッター液を作る。
⑦バッター液とパン粉を豚肉に纏わせ、180度の油で揚げる
⑧それぞれ盛り付けて完成！
