If we listen to effective music, blood pressure could be lowered or stable. I think running music at the hospital or office can improve human health if introduced and used.
Negative opinion
I think music is not useful as a cure for common heart disorders because it is by no means a chemical cure that can be intake by the human body. It could affect our relaxation for a short period but would cease to help in the long run because it has not vanquished the origin of the disease

The ear is very sensitive and it is linked to the brain. If the ear is harmed by loud music, It could harm the brain gradually in the long run. So I think that it is very necessary for young people to be mindful of loud sounds.
I don't think the study's findings “Young People More Likely to Have Signs of Hearing Damage from Loud Music” is true because ear function is quite strong.The ear probably is not being damaged so much from loud sounds .If it does get damaged by loud sounds in young age, it will recover soon and not affect hearing in the future.
