Trio the Punch: Never Forget Me... is a rather bizarre beat em' up developed by Data East for the arcades. It later saw a port to the PlayStation 2 as part of an arcade compilation called Oretachi Gēsen Zoku. From what can be discerned, there doesn't appear to be any sort of coherent through-line connecting all the levels beyond jumping from one setting to another. You choose a character, go through a level, get some words on the screen, then move on to the next level. These levels often don't follow standard game-play conventions, with bosses appearing at the start of some levels and certain levels having only a few enemies before the end-level boss.

Well, my beloved children, has been a long time since a cover/remake/remix is uploaded to this channel: in this case, the target has been Desert Rain of E. Maya, a role model for the near future (?) The story follows a boy that is thrust into a virtual world and finds himself with no immediate means to escape. As the boy travels, the geography changes to reflect certain eras of real-life history, adding a unique aspect to the game. The author has aimed for fastest time with 100% completion. A note about the ending: normally the full ending would take almost 40 minutes to watch, but 29 minutes worth of waiting have been edited out of the AVI. There is no sound during this segment and the image does not change. A message will appear briefly to indicate when this happens.
