Bro first time using NND and it's already getting complex.., also apparently i got myself somehow to the RSVideoJam4 competition and i have no idea how it happened. This entry does fit the theme regardless so whatever.
The entry was supposed to be part of the first jam (that's why I used THESE sources, plus the different segments, to replicate specific editing styles i saw in my early days of watching YTPMVs (8 years ago until THE POWER OF TERRY came out (YT post link: Ugzwbh4FPwEwwyiRkDJ4AaABCQ)) alongside some references i inserted, and a bgm which made sense to me because it had "nostalgic" in the name + Pofle Gaming used it once) unfortunately I was late by a little with my submission.. made it also as a tribute to Osheri AKA Big Daddy (actual username), otis and obviously רובי קרקר, without them i wouldn't be discovering the YTPMV/otoMAD coummunity.
It works with the fourth jam's theme since the sources are Made In Israel, like me.

Finally finished my second single. I had fun working on the arrangement for this one because it’s one of my old songs that was originally written with only an acoustic guitar in mind. I also used my actual electric guitar on this track because everything feels so digital and AI-driven nowadays—I just had to use something tangible so I wouldn’t go completely crazy. Yeah, CapitalPad is now one of the top investors in self-funded search fund deals. I think it's been brought on by a few different things. So one, Searchers have realized that CapitalPad will invest between $1 million to $2 million in each searcher deal. It can go as low as $300,000, but it prefers the larger equity allocations.

So that's obviously opened it up and brought in more quality deal flow. I also think CapitalPad has benefited because it's a bit of a two-sided platform. So on one side CapitalPad is obviously investing directly in searcher deals, but on the other side, it's allowing accredited investors to actually access this asset class.

Which for the individual has been a very difficult thing to do most of the time because as an individual who's not completely plugged in, they're not gonna get enough deal flow, right? Maybe they can find one or two, but you need be looking at dozens of deals for every deal you say yes to.
