『蒼穹のファフナー』（そうきゅうのファフナー）は、2004年7月から12月までテレビ東京ほかで放送された日本のテレビアニメ作品。制作はXEBEC（“ 無印 ”または“ 1期 ”、RIGHT OF LEFT、HEAVEN AND EARTH）→XEBECzwei（EXODUS）→IGzwei（THE BEYOND）→Production I.G（BEHIND THE LINE）。

本作の放送後、続編シリーズが数作造られ、劇場版も公開されている。2005年にスペシャル番組『蒼穹のファフナー RIGHT OF LEFT』放送、2010年に劇場版『蒼穹のファフナー HEAVEN AND EARTH』公開、2015年にTVシリーズ2期『蒼穹のファフナー EXODUS』放送、2019年から2021年にOVA『蒼穹のファフナー THE BEYOND』が2019年から2021年にかけて計4度劇場公開され、2023年にはOVA『蒼穹のファフナー BEHIND THE LINE』が劇場公開された。

2002年1月27日にバンダイ(現：バンダイナムコエンターテインメント[旧：バンダイナムコゲームス])から発売された「蒼穹のファフナー」の全曲集です。CERO区分はA(全年齢対象)で、ジャンルはロボットバトルアクション。

豪華スタッフが放つ今世紀最初にして最高傑作のSFアニメ『蒼穹のファフナー』が“PSP”初のロボットアクションとして登場！原作アニメの主人公「真壁一騎」として巨大ロボット・ファフナーを操縦し、敵と戦う、ミッション攻略型「ロボットバトルゲーム」です。プレイヤーは襲いかかる敵「フェストゥム」から竜宮島を守るため、状況に合わせて装備を変更し、仲間と協力しながら敵と戦い、故郷を守っていきます。ストーリーパート及びインターバルでは、キャラクター同士の会話によるアドベンチャー形式でシナリオが展開されます。ブリーフィングでは、パートナー選択・情報収集・武器装備など戦いの準備を行うことができます。バトルは、仲間への指示や美企変更などができる奥深い戦闘システムとなっており、更に天候の変化によっても戦局は変化します。ゲーム中はリアルタイムでキャラクターによる会話が挿入され、戦闘を更に盛り上げます。
