Castlevania: Symphony of the Night is an action platforming game in the Castlevania franchise and the codifier for the "Metroidvania" subgenre of platforming games. It was initially developed for the Sony PlayStation and was later ported to the Sega Saturn with a few console exclusive bonuses, such as a playable Maria Renard. Taking place four years after Rondo of Blood, Richter Belmont has suddenly went missing, and Dracula's castle has reappeared. Alucard, son of Dracula, takes it upon himself to investigate and take down whoever has caused it to reappear.

Another issue was that without acoustic calibration in a home recording setup, it became extremely difficult to manage.

私の場合は夢の内容で蹴るが殆どですが、ネットを見たところ、夢と連動して隣に寝ている人を殴るパターンが多いようです。立ち上がって暴れたりしてしまう場合もあるようです。

また、寝言で大きい声を出してそれに気づくか気づかないかも違いがあるようで、私のように気づく場合はレム睡眠障害という病名のようです

今回紹介するのは、とある感染症に関する事例です。
アメリカ合衆国、北東部ニューイングランドにある、マサチューセッツ州に暮らす男性「Aさん」はこの日、友人の家で夕食を摂っていましたが、その直後、激しい腹痛や嘔吐、悪寒、身体の痛み、視力の低下といった症状に襲われました。
彼は友人に病院に連れて行ってもらい、そこで診察を受けましたが、その頃には全身が紫色に変色しており、医師は緊急性があると判断し、彼をドクターヘリで総合病院へと移送しました。
そこではすぐに処置と検査が行われ、彼は髄膜炎菌に感染し、敗血症とそれに伴う合併症で、電撃性紫斑病に罹っていると診断されました。
彼は血栓によって肝臓の機能が停止しており、その結果体の様々な場所に皮膚症状が現れ、末端組織が壊死したじょうたいになってしまっていたため、やむを得ず手の指、両足のひざ下の切断手術を受けました。
手術は無事成功。一命をとりとめたAさんでしたが、彼の体を蝕んでいた髄膜炎菌は、意外なところから体内に侵入していたとみられ…
