Physician Nutrition Specialist
A physician specializing in nutrition management is often referred to as a Physician Nutrition Specialist or a Nutritional Medicine Physician. In Japan, there is no specific official title for doctors specializing in nutrition, but the term is used informally to describe doctors with expertise in nutrition therapy or clinical nutrition.
In contrast, registered dietitians are certified professionals specializing in nutrition management and often collaborate with physicians to provide dietary care for patients.
