しかし本論文はそれだけに留まらず、作用機序も綿密に記載されている。1回接種にmRNAが13兆個入っていることから始まり、血中にスパイク蛋白が何ヶ月も残ること、mRNAやスパイク蛋白エキソソームに入っていること、mRNAで癌になる機序、またDNA汚染が影響しているのでは無いかとも言及している。
