My rooms're littered with throwaway dairy clothes including any underwear.
&I have continued to put the throwaway paper cup,chopsticks,plastic spoon,white T shirts,polyester black half pants,socks,into the garbage every day for 9 months.

気長に「抗菌剤」を塗り，
「エステー化学 ポリエチレン使いきり手袋」（１００枚 ¥ ３４８）をＷａｌｍａｒｔ ＳＥＩＹＵで購入

気持ち１日／３０分毎に約２０回使いきってます（冷暖房完備室内）

「ゴム手袋」はいっさい使わなくなりました

すっぴん(No make)で過ごす事が多くなり，顔が油でくすみ，顔だけ茶色顔に(苦笑) ＆両手は使いきり手袋

流通制限? の半年間は「SHISEIDO Ag 24 MEN メンズシート Face ＆Body 30」で手を拭いていました
Mens 汗拭きシートは「エタノール(Äthanol)」が入っているので，季節問わず結構何にでも使えるんです

投薬以外には「ワイドハイター」等「漂白剤」に毎日両手を漬けるのも効果がありました

湯船に浸かることは無くなり，シャワーは多い時で「１週間に２- ３回程度」，
そのまま「バイ菌」を浴室(Bathroom)の排水口に流してしまうのも抵抗があるので

毎回，洗面器に「洗剤」or「漂白剤」+「BODY SOAP」に「シャワー（お湯）」を掛け，
首から下に洗い流しており，一定の効果が出ています

シャワー後は，浴室を 毎回「浴室乾燥機」を付け，約１時間以上乾燥させています

何より，「入浴 」時，「漂白剤」で「バイ菌」を洗い流しているので，気持ち「+ α（プラスアルファ）」の安心感を得られ，今では習慣化しました(苦笑)
