mRNAは接種部位に留まらず全身を巡り、LNPで全身の血管や内蔵の細胞に入り込みスパイク蛋白を発現する。これによりキラーT細胞などの免疫疫細胞に攻撃され損傷する。抗体ができるとADCCつまり抗体依存性細胞殺傷(もしくは傷害)により更にNK細胞により攻撃され損傷する。

接種時にはキラーT細胞の過剰な攻撃を抑えるために免疫抑制が働く。感染後接種、もしくは2回目、3回目と頻回接種では免疫寛容される。どちらも他の病気や癌に罹り易くなる要因となる。

では作用機序に関して厚労省はどう説明しているのだろうか。

幼稚な誤魔化しだが、事実が明らかになったときに指摘しても「当時は分らなかった」「全身を巡らないとはいってない」「細胞が損傷しないとはいってない」こうやって誤魔化し続けるだろう。

しかし実際に起こるのは、こちらも図では描いてあるが、mRNAからスパイク蛋白を産生しそれを細かくしたペプチドの状態でMHC-Iで抗原提示することである。図でCD8+T細胞つまりキラーT細胞と結合していることから分るように樹状細胞は攻撃対象となり、破壊されるのでは無いだろうか。

強調したいのは、樹状細胞などの抗原提示細胞だけがmRNAを取込んでスパイク蛋白を発現し抗原を提示するのでは無く、10兆のmRNAを取込んだ細胞(抗原提示細胞含む)が100兆個以上のスパイク蛋白を発現し、兆単位の細胞が破壊対象になる、ということである。

余談だが、[日本語版Wikipediaの「mRNAワクチン」](https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/RNA%E3%83%AF%E3%82%AF%E3%83%81%E3%83%B3)[8]の図は、MHC-IとMHC-IIが同じように抗原提示する更にドンデモな図になっているので確認して欲しい。ただどのみち、樹状細胞は破壊対象になる。
