■ 説明（先にYouTubeの方にアップしたものと同じ内容）
　「class」というプログラムの一つの塊を「new」することでメモリ上に展開、メモリアドレスで処理の流れを紐付ける仕組み（参照型）なのですが、実は「new」しなくてもプログラムとしての「class」は存在するので文法上コンパイルだけは通ってしまいます。
　ここがミソで、もちろんアプリケーションを実行し該当の箇所を走った瞬間『java.lang.NullPointerException（ぬるぽ）』とフリーズ級のエラーを返され、複雑なシステムほど対処するためには『ｶﾞｯ』と気合いが必要になってきます。
※ 本当はすごく初歩的なミスで、一番簡単なのは変数宣言と同時にちゃんと「class」を「new」で実体化（インスタンス化）してしまえば良いだけの話です。

① Stage1クラス内で背景を描画するための EffectHaikeiクラス型の変数「effectH」を用意します。
private EffectHaikei effectH = null;

② 用意した変数「effectH」に EffectHaikeiクラスの中身（のメモリアドレス値）を新しく入れます。
effectH = new EffectHaikei();
※ ここを無効にすると『箱だけ用意して中身は空（null）』という状態になります。

③ これでEffectHaikeiクラス内の各プログラムを呼び出して使えるようになりました。

effectH.searchHaikei1A(1300.0f, 0.0f);

effectH.drawHaikei(gKey, this);
