ニコエンコ以外のエンコーダーを試す為にsm6941539←これを改めてエンコードしてみました。
ほぼ同容量ですが全体的にブロックノイズも減りスッキリした感じがします。
1Mbps近くまで上げれば簡単に綺麗にはなるでしょうけど、チューニング次第では同ビットレートでももっといけるでしょうか。
