【今回の映像】
今回の映像は底生有孔虫Ammonia confertitestaが無性生殖で増殖しているシーンです。
冒頭すでに別れ始めていますが、細胞質が娘細胞同士で資源の取り合いをして、分裂。
その後、最初のチャンバーを作る直前くらいまでが記録されています。
細胞に黄色い色素が含まれていますが、一部中抜けして見えるところがあります。
細胞核です。

Ammonia confertitestaは分裂で増殖する無性生殖と遊走子を放出して他個体と交雑する有性生殖を行います。
ラボで有性生殖世代を増殖させたことを確認したことはまだありません。見てみたい。
