「Children of the New Century / TM NETWORK」をカバーしました。
この曲は僕がTM Networkの沼に落ちた切っ掛けの曲です。
僕の初ステージの1曲目もこの曲でした。
ライブでこの曲を最初に聴いたのが、2000年7月27日 20世紀終わりのこの年、横浜アリーナで開催されたライブ"Log-on to 21st Century"で演奏されたChildren of the New Centuryでした
今回はそのときのアレンジを参考に打ち込みましたが当時の音源が手元にないので大きく変わった部分だけをそれっぽくまとめてアレンジしてみました。
それでバージョン名は"Like at log-on"としました

Teenage Engineeringから去年発売されて去年末くらいに届いた、pocket operator K.O.の進化版サンプラー「EP-133 K.O.Ⅱ」を開封しました。

PO版K.O.よりも格段に使いやすいうえ、OP-1などと比べてもワークフローがかなり明快なので、触ってすぐ楽しめる面白いサンプラーです。
サンプルを作りこんだりリサンプリングしたりする場合はSP-404などの方が強い印象ですが、
ライブ的にループを作りながらどんどん展開を作っていくみたいな作り方が好きな人、1, 2分くらいの短いループを楽しみたい人にはおすすめかもしれません。

It is much easier to use than the PO version of K.O. and has a much clearer workflow than the OP-1, etc., making it an interesting sampler that can be enjoyed immediately upon touch.

I tried playing Doll's Nest. I'm a bit biased because I like girls with guns), but it's one of the first words I hear from Dolls Nest, and it's an evocative tone, at least for me. Anyway, I liked the soundtrack, and the overall high-tech feel of the game reminded me of DnB, so I made it using samples from the game.
