消費税と称する「控除付き売上税」は、課税物件が売上、納税義務者（租税債務者）は事業者で、自分と仕入先の売上税額との差額を納付します（仕入税額を控除、つまり、差引く）。
納税額＝売上税額－仕入税額（仕入先の売上税額＊）＊これを伝達する取引伝票が「インボイス」
これは「最終事業者の売上税額」を「全事業者で分割納付」して「売上税額の累積を排除」するための仕組みです。言い換えれば「商流を移動する製品」に「最終事業者でただ１回だけ売上税を課した」のと同じ結果を得るのが目的です。
さて、売上税は内国税なので、輸出取引に課すことは出来ません。例えば、フランスのワインを日本に輸出する場合「フランスの税法」で「フランスの売上税」が課されていると、それは輸入する日本の「課税権」という「国家主権」への侵害になります。
ですから、輸出取引は本来「非課税」でなければならないのに、現状は「ゼロ税率」運用で、強制的に「売上税額＝0」の「非累積」にしておきながら「累積排除の仕組み」を適用して、税務署から「仕入税額の還付」を行っており、正当性は全くありません。
仕入税額とは「仕入先に至る迄の全事業者の納付税額の合計」ですから、その還付は「税務署を介した富の移転」で「還付される仕入税額」は、輸出企業の売上XX,XXXとは別の「新たな収益」なので「輸出補助金」であり、政府は予算を組むことなく輸出企業に輸出補助金を出しているのです。
そして、WTOは輸出補助金を禁じていますが、この「仕入税額の払戻」については、なぜか禁止対象にしていません（払戻が仕入税額を超えるとアウト）。

仕入税額の戻しは、WTO前身のGATT発足時(1948年)から、世界最初の「税額控除」方式のフランスの「分割支払い生産税（付加価値税の前身）」に対してそれを認めており、フランスがGATT発足前から「仕込んでいた」ものと思われます。
消費税と称する「控除付き売上税」は「赤字でも納税額が発生」するので、それだけでも廃止一択ですが、輸出取引にも上記のような問題がある事を、国民は知る必要があるでしょう。

どうも、ジェネシスとホランダーは、モデオヘイムにて身を潜めているらしい。
モデオヘイムは、北方のアイシクルロッジ付近にある地域だ。
そこにある村は、すでに廃村となっており、身を隠すには都合のいい場所といえる。
現場には、ヘリで向かったのだが、モンスターに襲われ
モデオヘイム付近の渓谷に墜落してしまう。
どうにか全員無事だったが、現地までは雪深い地域を徒歩で行くことになってしまった。
そこでザックスは、1人の神羅兵と意気投合する。

目を覚ましたザックスは、神羅屋敷の地下にいた。
どうにかクラウドも助け出すが、宝条の実験により、
クラウドは魔晄中毒による意識混濁状態だった。
クラウドを連れて逃げ出そうとするザックスだったが
目を覚ましたばかりで体力が戻っていないらしい。
そんなとき、ザックスはエアリスの23個の希望が書かれたメモを思い出す。
その内容を見たザックスは、ミッドガルを目指して歩み出すことを決心した。
まともに動けないクラウドを連れての長き旅……
