In high school, I asked myself a lot about what I consider to be "me". One of the many things I considered was if I truly felt like a girl or something else. While I'll never understand what it means to be trans, non-binary, or anything else along the vast spectrum of gender, I spent a lot of time learning what it meant to express myself, whether it be more feminine or more masculine. I became comfortable in my skin and finally understood myself and felt like a woman. All this to say, regardless if people listen to my story or not, that it is normal to have that moment of questioning your gender identity. It is normal to have that moment of uncertainty and to explore what you feel you are and to feel comfortable or uncomfortable. This is my story, and it's still ongoing, and I hope those who listen can share theirs as well.

Happy New Year everyone!!! Yeah, I know we're already on february. However, this is the first video of the year. It took so long to do this sequence and yet I don't like how the harmonies turned out like. The fast part was a headache to do and still so bad. LoL I hope this works for someone. I thought this was the original version. However, I found out the original is sung by a korean group called KARA and there's even a japanese version. I don't know if I'll try to make the sequence for those versions since they're so different and more complex to elaborate. ■企画のねらい
神話戦争やダンテの『神曲』のような世界設定は
作り手なら一度は挑戦したくなるテーマ。

そこに江戸時代の天才キャラメイカー・滝沢馬琴の
『南総里見八犬伝』のエッセンスを重ね
メイド・イン・ジャパンの匂いを加えたのが本企画です。

遊びの核は、武士道の極端な個性である
切腹・自刃・自死を、どのタイミングで使うのか。
いつ、どこで、死ぬのか。

感覚的にはシューティングゲームで
「ボムをどこで切るか」という判断を
ケレン味たっぷりのアクションRPGとして成立させたい、

そんな企画です。

■ボツの理由
まず予算。

それはそう、という話ですが（笑）
二桁億円規模になるのはほぼ確実で
実際どこまで膨らむのかも読めない。

もう一つは、「自死のシステム」を
ゲームとして破綻なく成立させるレベルデザイン力。
一見派手だが、本当に面白く仕上げるには
かなり高度なスキルセットが求められます。

さらに、この動画レベルのクオリティで
世界全体を動かす開発力を考えると
現実的に作れる会社はかなり限られる。

AIを中心とした技術進歩で
このあたりが解決できるなら
改めて本気で作りたい企画ですね。

These are game projects that have been put on hold for various reasons.

If left untouched, they would simply fade away as unresolved regrets.

Instead, this series uses video generation AI to visualize the original concepts,

while also sharing why they were put on hold—documenting and enjoying the process along the way.

Vol.1

“INFERNO EIGHT 〜New Eight Dog Chronicles〜”

■ Concept Intent

Worlds such as mythological wars or Dante’s Divine Comedy are themes

that many creators want to tackle at least once.

This project layers those ideas with elements from Nansō Satomi Hakkenden,

written by Takizawa Bakin, a master character creator of Japan’s Edo period,

adding a distinct “Made in Japan” sensibility.

At the core of the gameplay is an extreme aspect of bushidō:

seppuku, self-inflicted death, and voluntary sacrifice—and the decision of when to use them.

When do you die?

Where do you die?

The intent is similar to deciding when to deploy a bomb in a shooting game,

translated into a bold, highly stylized action RPG.

■ Why It Was Shelved

First, the budget.

A project of this scale would almost certainly require a budget of several billion yen,

and it’s difficult to predict how far the costs might escalate.

Another major challenge is the level design required to make a “self-sacrifice system”

function coherently as a game mechanic.

While it may appear flashy at first glance, shaping it into something genuinely fun

would demand an exceptionally advanced skill set.

In addition, achieving this level of quality across the entire world

would require significant development power, realistically limiting the number of studios capable of producing it.

If future technological advances—particularly those centered around AI—can resolve these challenges,

this is a project I would like to seriously pursue again.

ChatGPTにヒット曲の歌詞を数曲分析させ歌詞を構築し、
それをSuno AIに取り込み数十曲制作し、
良い所をピックアップして全て打ち込みし直してアレンジをし、
メインボーカルにはSynthesizerVのRikuを使用し、
コーラスには同じくSynthesizerVのRiku / Ryo / Chifuyu Hanakuma / Maiを使用しています。
MVはOpen AI Soraで200個くらい10秒の動画を生成したものを
After Effectsで編集しカラオケ風のダサ目に仕上げました。

I had ChatGPT analyze several hit song lyrics and used that analysis to construct new lyrics.
Those lyrics were then fed into Suno AI, where dozens of songs were generated.
From those, I selected the strongest elements, completely reprogrammed everything, and rearranged the tracks from scratch.
For the main vocals, I used Synthesizer V – Riku,
and for the chorus parts, I used Synthesizer V – Riku, Ryo, Chifuyu Hanakuma, and Mai.
The music video was created by generating around 200 ten-second video clips using OpenAI Sora,
which were then edited in After Effects and intentionally finished with a slightly cheesy, karaoke-style aesthetic.

Knytt Underground is a side-scrolling exploration platformer with a simple basic goal: the world is about to die and so the protagonist Mi has to ring the six fate bells. Since Mi is mute, she quickly gains two fairy followers which do the talking for her. Those have different personalities and in some conversations she can choose which one should talk.

The game is divided into three distinctive chapters which can be played in any order. The first two are relatively linear sections which introduce the the two main characters Mi and a rubber ball. In the third chapter the two characters merge and Mi can transform to the ball at any time - with the abilities of both characters at hand, the player can now explore the world freely. Since this is no metroidvania game, there are no additional powers and items to find, but of course there are still obstacles to overcome in order to open up more paths: NPC quests, platforming and puzzles.

This is an experience that many revolutionaries in the imperial core can relate to. It is crucial that those in the imperial core don’t wallow in guilt, but instead use their resources to fight for liberation within the belly of the beast and free us all!
