「LCC Vertical Melody 8」リディアン・クロマティック・コンセプト (タテのメロディー8) オリジナル曲
今回もリディアン・クロマティック・コンセプトの「タテのメロディー」と「ヨコのメロディー」で作っていますが、前回の「タテのメロディー７」と同じように最初の２小節の CMaj7 のコード上に「B メジャー・スケール」の７音を使っています。
「シ・ド＃・レ＃・ミ・ファ＃・ソ＃・ラ＃」の７音です。
それで前回は結果的にポリ・モードのようになったのですが、ポリ・モードは目的ではありません。
ポリ・モードは外調の「ヨコのメロディー」（７音スケールが基本）です。
また、１小節目だけを見ると「Ｅのハーモニック・マイナー」と同じ音が使われていますが、これも結果的にそうなっただけです。
そして今回は３小節目と４小節目で「ソ・レ・ラ」を使っていますから、最初の４小節で CMaj7 のコード上に１２音の内の１０音、ルートの「ド」を加えると１１音を使った事になります。
メロディーでは「ド」と「ファ」を未だに使えていません。
１つのコード上に１２音を全て使えるようになるのは、いつの日の事か？
機能和声では１２音を使うのは簡単で、「経過音」や「クロマティック・アプローチ」など、非和声音を和声音に解決すれば調性を崩さずに１２音の全てを使用出来ます。
ところが、リディアン・クロマティック・コンセプトの「タテのメロディー」で１２音を使うのは、非和声音を解決しないで「＃１１ｔｈ」や「９ｔｈ」や「１３ｔｈ」のような「テンション」として考えていますから、耳の感覚を発達させなければなりません。
例えば、Ｃ（ド・ミ・ソ）のコード上に非和声音の「レ」の音をメロディーとして使用する場合、八分音符以下の短い音で「ミ」や「ド」の和声音に解決をしなければならなかった時代から、現在のように解決をしないでボイシングとしても使用できるようになった歴史があります。
これと同じように、１２音の全てを「テンション化」するという訳ですから、耳の感性が徐々に進化しなければならない訳です。
ただ、これらの事は「リディアン・クロマティック・コンセプト」のセミナーで先生から教わった事ではなく、私個人の経験による感想に過ぎません。
私はセミナーを受けてから２年間は、（あまりに美意識が違う事で）曲を作る事が出来ませんでしたが、そのくらい「タテのメロディー」で「メロディックで歌いやすい曲」を作る事は難しい事でした。
拙い曲ではありますが、リディアン・クロマティック・コンセプトの初心者の方や、勉強はしたけれども挫折した方には、何らかのヒントになる事があると思いますので是非ご視聴下さい。

Daikon Set is a collection of three mini-games influenced by the Atari 2600 and Nintendo Color TV-Game.
Chroma Star: a fixed shooter in which the player controls a ship by moving it horizontally across the bottom screen. The player must shoot to push diving enemy ships away from a barrier. The goal is to push, juggle, and hold off the enemy ships away from the barrier throughout the entire song in a level.
Pink Mite: a vertical side-scroller where the player controls a pink butterfly inside a bubble. The player must hop and float avoiding dangerous obstacles while attempting to collect every single bubble along the way.
