500系新幹線を自作3レベルVVVFインバーターで再現しました

#8:16 最高速 (300 km/h ！)
東芝 2 レベル GTO といえば、365 Hz の非同期音ですね。新幹線だと長く聞けるので好きです。
3 レベル IGBT の方には珍しいものがありました。9 パルスの切り替えです。この切り替えによりスイッチング回数が減るので、スイッチング素子の発熱を抑制できます。同じ東芝 3 レベル IGBT の車種でもこの切り替えは見られないため驚きました。
また、モニターの速度計は前回と同じ 500 系風のものを使いました。
今回でやっとあるべき車種に使うことができました。
ちなみに、自作 VVVF インバーターは今回新しく作り直しました。
これについてもどこかで詳しく伝えられたらなと思っています。
