Hichordのv1.7アップデートが来ました
説明書のアップデートがまだ来ていなかったので、機能をざっと確認してみました
あと個人的に待望していたルーパーとMIDI関係のアップデートが来たので、
volca fm2も引っ張り出して遊んでみます

The manual update hadn't arrived yet, so I did a quick check of the functions!
I also got the looper and MIDI-related updates that I've personally been waiting for,
I'm going to pull out my volca fm2 and play with it too!

別のunboxing動画でMIDIキーボードとしてAKAI MPK mini plusを買いました。
せっかくなのでunboxing動画を撮りつつ、何パターンか好きに弾いてみました。

3オクターブとコンパクトで、かつ珍しいMIDI DINやCV/GATEを搭載しているMIDIキーボードなのが非常に良いです。
キーボードとパッドで2chを1台でコントロールできるのも楽しいです。

I bought an AKAI MPK mini plus as a MIDI keyboard with another unboxing video.
Since I was in the mood, I played a few patterns as I wanted while taking the unboxing video.

It is a very good MIDI keyboard that is compact with 3 octaves and has MIDI DIN and CV/GATE, which is rare.
It is also fun to be able to control two channels with a single keyboard and pad.

コメントで質問があったvolca fm2をMIDIキーボードや外部音源として使用する方法についてまとめました。
海外からの質問だったので動画は英語字幕です。その割にiPadの言語は日本語ですが…
iPadのlogicとのMIDIのやりとりでしたが、PCやMIDIインターフェース、他のDAWとのやりとりも可能だと思います(未検証です)。
※garagebandはMIDI信号をアウトプットできないため、fm2を外部音源として使うことはできません。

I put together a video on how to use the volca fm2 as a MIDI keyboard or external sound source, which was asked in the comments.
The video is subtitled in English because the question came from overseas. The language of the iPad is Japanese, though...
I think it is also possible to use it with PC, MIDI interface, or other DAW.
*The garageband cannot output MIDI signals, so you cannot use fm2 as an external sound source.

コメントで要望があったシーケンサーを使ったデモを撮影しました。
今回はデモ曲と言えるほどまとまらなかったので、どちらかというとシーケンサーで遊んだ動画です。
代わりに詳しめに周辺機能の解説をしました。

I enjoyed with sequencer instead of making a demo music because I didn't build it finely.

前回やったcircuit rhythmが楽しかったので、今回もunboxingをやっていきます。
Volca fm2のプリセットを紹介しつつ、それをメインに使って、DAWlessでcircuit rhythmを利用して曲を作るところまでやります。
演奏性に難あるものの、アルペジオやアルゴリズムを利用して補助できますし、何よりいろいろな音が出せるのがいいです。
