Tragically hip LA duo Joanna Gikas and Leopold Ross, IO Echo are back with a new music video for their single, "Shanghai Girls".The band is currently scheduled to open for TV On The Radio at the Music Box, on Wednesday, May 11 and at the Fox Theater in Pomona, on Sunday, May 15.
