The Board of Directors of Crown Equity Holdings Inc - CRWE - has adopted a resolution to a dividend consisting of one common share of its subsidiary Crown Tele Services Inc. for every 100 shares of Crown Equity Holdings common shares. The dividend will be provided to all shareholders of record on January 15, 2012.
