Well, this 2013 should be much better.We start with proving that CUL can also sing in Tagalog. As you will hear, Kiyoteru's singing in Tagalog or Filipino is much much improved. This is attributed to the new VOCALOID3, which introduced a new host of techniques to make it more flexible.I did the tuning and sequencing while at work, thanks to the fact I have a laptop now.
