*Taken form my YouTube* I dont know how popular Uncle Joel is in the Japanese community but in the Western community he is very much liked and respected. Uncle Joel is based on a YouTuber named Vinesauce a Somewhat Mugen YouTuber that has a ton of meme revolve around him from Mugen and other games he has played which is the whole point of this character. There is a Blooper Battle or Fail attempt after the first fight since Uncle Joel is pretty unfair and it took me more then one try to beat him.
