Previously uploaded to YT. This is the first hour and a half of radio traffic a fire in Schenectady, New York that killed four people in 2015. This fire led to the building manager going to jail starting in 2018 for criminally negligent homicide. The cause of the fire itself was accidental, but the fire was exacerbated by nonfunctional sprinklers and smoke detectors, as well as poor building conditions. Career and volunteer firefighters from Schenectady (career), Scotia (career/volunteer), Niskayuna Fire District 1 (career/volunteer), and Carman (volunteer) responded, as well as police and EMTs/paramedics from the Schenectady Police Department and Mohawk Ambulance Service.
