鎮魂平定行 奥の細道（Chinkon Heitei Goyu Oku No Hosomichi)

In the spring of 1688, Basho Matuo, a haikai poet, left the Basho-an hermitage by the Sumida-gawa River and began to prepare for his journey. His real purpose was to take with him a prayer haiku and his beloved sword "Kumogiri" （Hizamaru）to pray for the souls of the ancient Japanese gods and ancient Japanese devils, and to go on a journey to repose and depose the spirits of "Subjugation of Oku no Hosomichi" to practice Basho haikai, so that he could create music that imagines such a world view and story.元禄2年春、俳諧師、松尾芭蕉は、隅田川のほとりにあった芭蕉庵を引き払い、紀行の準備を始めた。その、真の目的とは、日本古来の神々や、日本古来の魔物を鎮め弔う為に、祈りの俳句と愛用の御神刀「蜘蛛切」（膝丸）を携え、蕉風俳諧行を修める為に「奥の細道平定」の鎮魂と退魔の旅に出かけたのだとしたらと、独自に解釈して、そのような世界観や物語を想像した音楽を作りました。
