Unknown "Broken Moon" Arrangement

I found this song on YouTube some years ago back when I was in high school. All I know is that it's an arrangement of "Broken Moon", Suika's theme and that's just it. When I got an mp3 of the song, I didn't save any of the info due to Windows XP not having renderings of Japanese writings in the filenames (or descriptions)
