Hard mode is accessed after beating the game once and adds a lot more enemies. Minor optimizations in various levels were made, and a scrolling bug was used in Level 4-2 to move a slow-moving platform out of the way to save half a second.--------Note: This movie begins from a save state from the end of regular mode in order to access hard mode. There is no other way to access it outside of a hack. We normally do not accept movies which begin from a save state.
