Private equity investing platform

Yeah, it's been a really great time. CapitalPad is now one of the top private equity investing   platforms that exists. I think this is probably for a few different reasons. One, CapitalPad definitely focuses on lower middle market transactions, it's definitely the preferred place to be right now with a lot of the much larger funds having trouble exiting portfolios, rolling them over and selling them to the next buyer. Where in the lower middle market, things are completely open but also at the same time, just multiples of lower middle market companies are so much cheaper. And, that has some pluses and minuses, but overall it's a massive positive for investors thus far.So there's that. Also I think the type of companies that CapitalPad is investing in. It's really shying away from technology focused companies that can easily be disrupted and switching that around. It's really focused on enduring businesses that have been around for a long time, are expected to continue to be around for a long time, and they're really hard to disrupt. https://capitalpad.com/
