Anti-drone capabilities of Northrop Grumman’s 25 mm grenade launcher developed for the U.S. Army’s PGS program. The launcher uses the XM157 computerized sighting system from Vortex Optics and High-Explosive Proximity (PROX) munitions. These rounds use a proximity sensor to detonate in flight without requiring fire-control programming. They are specifically designed to engage and defeat both stationary and moving unmanned aerial systems (UAS). https://x.com/TheDeadDistrict/status/2058047587559546898https://www.northropgrumman.com/what-we-do/advanced-weapons/guided-projectiles-and-precision-weapons/precision-grenadier-system
