Today, a bule sky can be seen in Tokyo. But, at one time, Tokyo faced a severepollution problem. Tokyo has carried out various measures, such as enacting "Industrial pollution ordinance(1949)" and regulation for diesel vehicles, and signing memorandum with Tokyo Electric Power Company on pollution control, taking the leading role for Japan's environmental administration. This DVD shows these efforts and results as well as a remaining issue.
