M Bison tutorial Normals
Part 1 of 2 Bison Tutorial.There are some changes I wanted to make but I am too lazy to deal with it. Also, originally there were descriptions to each move but I was told it was too boring. So instead I will describe each one under this and try to put in captions. With that heres a tutorial for you new Bison players. I know it's late with SSF4 coming out but what can I say?
