国際生活機能分類（ICF）と障がい者への理解
国際生活機能分類（ICF）について解説します。
International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health
ICFは、2001年にWHO総会で採択されました。
前身の国際障害分類（ICIDH： International Classification of
Impairments, Disabilities and Handicaps）は、WHO総会で制定されました。ありがとうございます。是非コメント残していってください！
【障がいへの考察】
私は、障害を理解する上で、障害を疾病の視点から捉えるのみでなく、環境因子など、社会的環境を捉えることは非常に、重要だと考えます。環境因子を変化されることによって、障がいの症状を軽減することは可能でしょうか。例えば、自閉症を伴う子どもを、馬に触れさせることで、人とのコミュニケーションが潤滑となったような事例があります。このような捉え方は、障害者を取り巻く、家族、学校、支援者が、社会的偏見の恐怖から多少なりとも救いとなるはずだと考えます。
ICIDHでは、疾患だけでなく、障害を含めて捉えたことですが、欠点として、
①環境因子（家庭，職場，学校などの社会的環境）の視点が欠如していたこと、
②障害をマイナス面として捉えていたことなどが挙げられます。
ICFは、生活機能と障害と背景因子から構成されています。
（１）生活機能と障害は、①心身機能と構造、②活動、③参加に分かれる。
（２）背景因子
環境因子と個人因子があります。
環境因子とは、家庭、職場、学校などの社会的環境を指します。個人因子とは、人種、性別、年齢、健康状態、習慣などの個人生活の背景となるものを指します。
