血液画像チェック・・・3年前圧迫骨折のちに両足の炎症（83歳女性）
食前の状態・・・酸化が早い状態（疲れが相当溜まって、肝臓が正常な動きをせずに解毒できていない）
食後の状態・・・血液の流れがとても良くなり、酸化が改善された
