今回はアーモンドココアクッキーの作り方をご紹介します。
サクほろ食感で、ココアのほろ苦さとアーモンドの香ばしさが堪らないクッキーです。
アイスボックスクッキーなので、生地を棒状にして、冷凍庫で冷やしカットするだけで簡単に成型ができちゃいます。

【材料】一辺約3cm×約50個分
・食塩不使用バター　100ｇ
・砂糖　70g （お好きなものをご使用ください）
・卵黄　1個分
・薄力粉　140g
・純ココアパウダー 20g
※結構ココアしっかりめ配合なので、甘いのが好きな方は少し減らしても大丈夫です。減らした分は薄力粉を増やして下さい。
・アーモンドスライス 50g

【下準備】
・食塩不使用バターを室温に戻しておく
・砂糖にダマがある場合はふるっておく
・卵白と卵黄を分けておく（今回は卵白は使用しません）

【作り方】
①室温に戻したバターを泡だて器で軽く混ぜる
※バターが硬い場合は500Wのレンジで5秒ずつ様子を見ながら加熱してください
②砂糖を加えてよく混ぜる
③卵黄を加えて混ぜる
④ココアパウダーと薄力粉を合わせてふるい入れる
ゴムベラに持ち替え、生地を切るようにさっくりと混ぜる
※最初はポロポロとしていますが混ぜている間にまとまってきます
⑤生地に粉っぽさがなくなったらアーモンドスライスを加え、生地に混ぜ込む
⑥生地を大体半分取り、四角柱に成型する（成型方法は動画参照）

⑦成型した生地をラップで包み、‘冷凍庫‘で30分程度冷やす
⑧生地を冷凍庫から出す直前にオーブンを170℃に予熱する
⑨冷凍庫から出した生地に、1cm毎に印を付けカットする。
⑩生地を少し離して並べ、オーブンに天板を入れ170℃で約16分焼成する
※途中で天板を返した方がムラなく焼きあがります。
⑪全体に焼き色が付き、好みの焼き加減になったらオーブンから取り出し、
天板のまま荒熱が取れるまで静置する
⑫粗熱が取れたらケーキクーラーなどに移ししっかりと冷ます
冷めたら密閉容器などで保管をしてください

【ポイント】
・バターをレンジで温める場合は、とかしてしまわないように注意してください
・砂糖は粉糖やグラニュー糖、きび砂糖などお好みのものを使用してください
・薄力粉を加えた後は生地を練らないに、切るように混ぜてください
・保管やラッピングの際は、乾燥材を一緒に入れると食感が長持ちします

Hello, I'm riot3121, and it's a cover of the song I liked! (and found out about from the IWBTG fangame). It's the second time I'm trying tuning (the first time was キリトリセン, that is not finished yet), and it was quite cool (thanks to openutau it has tuning system), although I'm still idk how to tune right (´°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥ω°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥｀). Also, I tried using aviutl here, you can see the equalizers from it. I don't know, how to make basic appearings, so I used the hard ones lol

今回はざくざくほろほろ食感のチーズショートブレッドの作り方をご紹介します。
チーズの香ばしさと甘じょっぱさが堪らない焼き菓子です。
ジップロックで成型できるのでお手軽です。
卵不使用なので卵アレルギーの方にも召し上がっていただけます。

【材料】約2cm×8cm　8個分
・食塩不使用バター　50ｇ
・食塩　1g（2つまみ程度）
・グラニュー糖　25g
・粉チーズ（パルメザン）　20g
・薄力粉　110g
・ジップロック　Ｍサイズ　1枚
※お好みで粗びきブラックペッパーを5振り程度入れても美味しいです。入れる場合はチーズと同じタイミングで入れて下さい。

【下準備】
・食塩不使用バターを室温に戻しておく
・粉チーズにダマがある場合はふるっておく

【作り方】
①室温に戻したバターをゴムベラで軽く混ぜる
※バターが硬い場合は500Wのレンジで5秒ずつ様子を見ながら加熱してください
②食塩を加えて良く混ぜる（粗めの物がおすすめ）
③グラニュー糖を加えて良く混ぜる
④粉チーズを加えて良く混ぜる
⑤薄力粉をふるい入れゴムベラで切るように混ぜる
⑥粉っぽさが無くなりそぼろ状になったら、下から8cmのところに折り目を付けたジップロックに入れる（詳しくは動画を参照下さい）
⑦ジップロックの上から思いいきり押しつぶし生地をひとかたまりにする
⑧折り目を付けたところで折り、生地を平らに伸ばしていく
⑨側面も指の腹で叩き、平らに整える
⑩冷蔵庫で30分以上寝かせる
⑪寝かせた生地を冷蔵庫から出し、袋を切って中を取り出す
⑫8等分にカットする（一辺約2cm）
⑬天板に並べて5～10分ほど室温で置いておく
⑭オーブンを160℃に予熱する
⑮5～10分ほど経ったら、竹串で穴を開ける（10個以上）
⑯160℃のオーブンで25分焼く
⑰粗熱が取れるまで天板のまま置いておき、粗熱が取れたらケーキクーラーなどに移し完全に冷ます
⑱完全に冷めたら保存容器に入れて下さい

【ポイント】
・バターをレンジで温める場合は、とかしてしまわないように注意してください
・上白糖でもできますが、グラニュー糖の方が食感がざくざくになるのでおすすめです。
・ジップロックは厚手のポリ袋でも代用可能です。横幅約18cmです。
・生地をまとめる際は、思い切り押しつぶして下さい。
・穴を開ける際は、一個開けてみて割れるようならもう少し室温で置いてから再度開けてみて下さい。
・保管やラッピングの際は、乾燥材を一緒に入れると食感が長持ちします
