I implemented my own anime-style hybrid shader (skin, hair, fabric) on a placeholder character in Unity.
For styling and performance optimization, these shaders rely solely on a "single Albedo texture" and discard heavy PBR maps to build the look with mathematical calculations (lamp shading, Fresnel rim lighting, anisotropic highlighting, dither-based alpha blending, etc.).
Today's test confirmed that the art style perfectly matches the aesthetics of the game. The foundation system has been locked and we will now move on to Art Pass Phase 3 (Brush Up Phase)!

奇跡が起こりました！

1975年、中学2年生のときに初めてメロディを作ったのがこの曲。
当時、楽器もろくにできず、バンドアレンジも、英語の作詞もできなかったので、
形にすることができず、そのままずっと寝かせていました。
2013年にボカロP活動を始めたときも、バンドアレンジ曲は難しいと思い、
復活対象外に。もうこのままだれの耳にも触れずに消えていく運命でした。

ところが時代が変わり、AIで英語の作詞ができるようになり、
また、10年以上のボカロP活動で身につけたアレンジ・MIX技術も加わり、
なんと50年後の今になって曲の形にすることができました。

当時傾倒していたBad Company, Thin Lizzy, Wingsの影響が色濃く出ている曲です。
ギター(Heavier7Strings)、Vocal(SynthV AI花響琴)を含め、100%打ち込みで、
リアルなクラシックロックサウンドを作り上げることができました。
※アンプシミュレーターはCubase添付の"VST AMP Rack"を使用

1970年代に作った正真正銘のクラシックロックを「タイムマシン」に乗って
聴きに行く感じでお楽しみください。
