今回のアイテム探しは最後のステージにあるやみのきゅうでんで行う(HP5マリオを行っているときには特に注意)。床に現る棘や出現+回転で回る炎は触れるとダメージなので、2以下の時はアイテムを使って戦闘不能にならないようにしよう。それでも持ち過ぎて捨てられない時には敵とエンカウントしながらアイテムを使うのも一考になり、ダメージを与えるアイテム使用も使うことを考えよう。次回で真の最終回になり、宿屋で50回泊めさせてもらうイベントもあるわよ。

今回の訪れたい場所はステージ5にあるダンジョンの途中まで。取り逃がし忘れているアイテムはステージ1～5にあるスターストーンをすでに入手済みのダンジョンに訪れたいため、ステージ5に限り水の場所でコインが含まれている場合もあるので注意(取り逃がしているなら回収を行う)。

このパートには100階ダンジョンの挑戦の時、敵とエンカウントの際はきらめくパンジーさんが出てこなかったのはここも残念な結果だ…。この後ハナハナ村に向かって宿屋で5コイン支払い、ステージ8の向かう左に100階ダンジョンへ戻り、FPが多く保てるように備えてセーブ推奨。

100階ダンジョンの中で著しい敵にしては71～79回の敵であるマホーンは攻撃力も6と少し高いが、トゲノコエースも体力は25とそれほどの高い中ボスの味になる。さらに81～89階までにも襲う敵でもあるヘンニャーだけでなく、パイダースの強化版な敵だったチュランタラーも体力が16または攻撃力も7と若干高め。ヤミトゲダルマーも体力は高くないが、攻撃力が高めの上、防御力もやや高め。キラーパックンは雑魚敵の中でも攻撃力が9と2番目の高さ(きらめくパンジーさんの威力は20のため)。きんきゅうキノコを持っててもHPが0になった場合もすぐ使っちゃうもしくはナーバスになりがち。今回でも90階まで到達できたが、これ以降進んだら勝てない敵がいると判断するため、地上1階へ戻り、ゴロツキタウンの広場へ戻ったらセーブしましょう。

セーブ後はボートモードに変化して塔に向かい、ドアの場所で星が明るくなってない場合はまだ入れないため、先の3階に向かってイベント後に星の鍵を使いましょう(攻略サイトのコメントにも言ったようにリメイク版では8つの扉に先に入れないよう仕様変更されていた)。1階と2階の左上の部屋にはハンマーで壊せるものの形が異なるのでここは後にして1階の攻略時に左下の部屋はスイッチを左3回、右2回を叩けば宝出現。2階の左上に戻って連動されたブロックをハンマーで叩き、1階に戻ってハンマーで壊し、1、2回左上部屋にスイッチがあるのでこれを叩き、宝を出現させる。2階左下の部屋に入ってホネノコはホネノコ→ブラッディホネノコ→カロン→ブラックカロンの順番で倒すとスイッチが登場し、叩いて出現させる。次の右下にカゲがくれすればスイッチが出現するが、素早くたたくのがポイント。2階の右上にはひび割れた壁で爆発させ、スイッチ叩いて宝出現。1階へ戻って右下の吹き飛ばしをすればスイッチが出現する。これを叩いて宝出現。右上で壁をすり抜けてスイッチを叩き宝を出現するようにし、3階へ向かって手に入れたとうのカギを8つ差し込むとイベントになり、広場へ戻って右方向へ向かうと再度編成が変わったカゲ三人組と戦闘。この再戦版では強化され、最初にバッドステータスや吹雪攻撃の合わせ持ちに強いマジョリンを倒すのが優先だ。仲間の全体攻撃や奥にいる敵はマリオのジャンプを使うのが基本。マリリンは放置したらチャージ後の攻撃で15近く削り取られてしまうので先の優先か後の優先を決めなくてはならないのだと言えよう。全体攻撃が強そうなマリリンを2番目か先に倒し、HPは多く維持を保とう。最後にランペルを倒してこれさえあればどうにでもなる。次の扉に行くとバツガルフ、クッパ&カメックババ、カゲの女王はあまりに強すぎる、この状態だと勝てない判断があるため、HP5マリオ以外の戦法では勝つことさえできない。一旦戻ってまだ調べていない敵のものしりリスト集め+ピンチデガンバルを購入の続きもあるからゲームクリア前にやることを推奨。次回のPart.44は2部構成となり、闘技場にいる相手や100階ダンジョンクリアをお勧め。

Part.37の続きの形になり、それまでに特定のキャラに話をして情報をもらい終えた後は金色のボムへいとお話しするので、コイン全部以外の選択を行った場合は大砲が動かせず、会話を出直す必要がありますが、コイン全部を選んで全て差し出しし、手持ちのコインが0になるけど、支払うコインは全て帰ってくるので問題なくなくなることはない。月へ向かう前にアイテムの引き出しと最後の金策を行い、レベル29になったらサイハテ村に急いで村長の右奥にある家に入り、眠っているホワイトしょうぐんが起きるまで「はい」を選択し続ける。そうすればイベントが始まり、月へ向かう前にもセーブを行うことが大事。

闘技場に戻ったら金策を引き続き行うけど、レベリングすればするほど入手できるスターポイントが減っていくので、ここで止めてもらうのが基本。巨大な大砲を動かすもしくは情報を集めるのも先になり、ハナハナ村にて村長にお話しし、この後トロピコアイランドで眼帯を付けたボムへいと話し、ウーロン街の右にある建物の中でバーのマスターと会話、次の大樹へ向かってプニ族と会話させ、この後もウスグラ村の村長とお話ししてから最後にピカリーヒルズへ向かい、コインを全て差し出す前にはセーブを推奨。

ステージ1中編はゴンババ城へ向かい、道へ進む前にノコタロウの頼りにしてバッジを手に入れます。
道なりに進んで靴の色が違うホネノコを調べ、色違いのホネノコを調べたあたりで追い出すシーンが始まり、ブラッディホネノコに触ればバトルが始まります。さらに道へ進んで棘のある部屋まで進み、黒い鍵を手に入れたら50秒以内に天井の棘がつぶされる前にドアを開いてあげないと即ゲーム終了になってしまいます。
宝を開けてペラペラ能力をゲットし、ブロックの上まで自動に昇降できるエレベーターを使いながらチュチュリーナというやつに会います。ボスに会う前からいったん戻って、ほしのかけらでバッジ交換とデアールに話しかけ、クリスチーヌをスーパーランクにグレードアップしたら再びゴンババ城に戻り、道なりに進んで最上階までたどり着いたらボス戦に挑む前でセーブしましょう(ボス戦はPart.4を参照)。
