本場アメリカで稼動していた60～70年代の数多き実機ピンボールの中から、厳選した11台を忠実再現した内容となっている。
また、同時期にタカラから発売されたPS2ソフト『EXビリヤード』との連動機能も搭載されている。
その他、それの体験版が本作に収録されているサプライズもある。

同社は過去にも初代PSにて1998年に『カクテル・ハーモニー』というソフトをリリースしており、リリースしたゲームソフトは総計2本しかない。旧社名は「レナール」で、ゲーム制作では主に下請け開発を行っている。
