It’s ridiculous we have to give so much of our lives over to them and get nothing in return. We need to end this society and create a new one in which the masses control the means of production, and the main motive is to meet people’s needs rather than to make profit. We must actually reap the benefits of our labor and have humane working conditions!

今回の単語は “reap” です。
「作物を収穫する」という意味と、派生して「報いを得る」という比喩的な意味があります。
動画の例文は諺で、「良い種を蒔けば良い作物を、悪い種を蒔けば悪い作物を収穫することになる」という、日本語の「因果応報」がぴったりの内容です。英語圏で実際にこの諺が引き合いに出されるのは、悪い報いを受けるケースについて語る場合の方が多いようで、その場合の和訳は「自業自得」とした方がしっくり来るかも知れません。これを機会に “sow”（種を蒔く） と “reap”（収穫する）をセットで覚えておきましょう。
