Positiveな意見
I think meal planning and preparation is effective in getting picky eaters to smoothly accept the meal only if they subjectively plan their meal schedule, like time of eating, participants in the meal and who helps their parents for preparing the meal.
Negativeな意見
I think meal planning and preparation is not really that effective in getting picky eaters to eat because lack of planning is not the only reason why picky eaters don't eat, some reasons are allergic reactions to specific food or not favored foods by nature. It is more necessary for picky eaters to find what kind of foods they really like. So that they can find their interest in foods.
