1. 5W1Hをマスターすれば、仕事ができるようになる
「5W1Hを伝えればOK」です。
まぁ良く言われる事ではありますね。
しかし本当に、これだけ出来ればOKなんです。
ググってみても、「5W1H思考が大事」という記事がワラワラ出てきます。
しかしどういう事か「どうすれば5W1H思考が身に付くのか」これがググってもなかなか出てこないんですね。
2．処方箋
5W1Hを使いこなすには、普段の生活で何かを見聞きした時に「頭の中で5W1Hの文章を作る癖を付ければOK」。
例題
「今日の午後、社内会議でプレゼン予定がある為、詳しい資料を用意する必要がある」とします。
これを何となく（言語化せず）考えるのではなく、今日の午後（when）社内で（Where）私が（Who）プレゼンする為（Why）詳しい（How）資料を（What）用意する必要がある
というように、頭の中で5W1Hに区切ってみれば良いのです。
いきなり5W1H は無理、という場合はとりあえずWho Why Whatの3つだけでもOKです。
「私が（Who）プレゼンするので（Why）、資料を（What）用意する必要がある」という具合。
それでも難しい、という場合は「Who」だけでも頭の中でしっかり言語化してみて下さい。
聞いている相手を一番混乱させるのは「Who」が無い場合。
3． 5W1Hが出来ない方の脳内
現状「5W1H」が出来ない方の脳内を、解説しておきます。
例題であれば、「午後何やるんだっけ」と考えた時に、頭の中で言葉にする癖が付いていないんですね。
【プレゼン】や【資料】など、単語でしか言語化していないので、同僚などに「午後の予定は？」と聞かれるとぶっきらぼうに「プレゼン」などと答えてしまうのです。
そのため、
相手
「ん？どういう事？」
と聞き返されてしまう訳です。
つまり、単純に日々5W1Hを意識していないと、急に聞かれ（ていると本人は思ってしまい）アタフタしてしまうだけなのです。
4．長くとも1か月で、一生の財産をGET出来る
しかし最長1か月間も続けるのはキツいなぁ…
ともし思われた方がいらっしゃいましたら、こう考えて下さい。
少しの訓練を1か月間サボって、一生「ちょっと何言ってるかわかんない」と言われ損し続けるのと、1か月間ちょっと余計に脳味噌使うだけで一生、相手にちゃんと伝えられる技術を得られるのと、どちらを取りますか？

沙耶の唄
I saw a positive animation from Onisigma and I liked it so much that I wanted to do something with it all.
Earlier I had an idea for a joke video "Saya's budding scheme", but I never finished it. Maybe one day... But the ending, you could say, was made according to this very concept.
When I saw the previously mentioned animation by Onisigma, an idea came to mind of how it could be decorated and continued. True, since the animation was on a white shimmering background, it was not possible to adequately remove the white background and that's why the cut looks so rough. However, I made the video in the mood, for the sake of a joke, so it's okay :)
