前回 sm21403920 の１）～４）の手順後、ゆーむPのUt Video Codec Suite (http://umezawa.dyndns.info/wordpress/?cat=28)で書き出す。
ffmpegにて29.97fps・854x480・キーインターバル450でx264のslowerプリセット相当っぽい設定(-x264opts keyint=450:me=umh:subme=9:ref=8:b-adapt=2:direct=auto:partitions=all:trellis=2:rc-lookahead=60)を行いつつ、2パス 1100kbpsで変換。(アスペクト比調整用の画面左右の黒帯は付け忘れた)
ビットレートの割にいい感じ。
音はlibfdk_aacによるHE-AACv2 48kbps。環境によっては音が出ないようだ。
