FTX創業者、中国共産党幹部に賄賂を支払ったとして訴追
アメリカ東部3月28日、FTX創業者のサム・バンクマン＝フリード氏は(Sam Bankman-Fried)、自身の暗号資産の凍結を解除するために、1人または複数名の中国共産党幹部と思われる人物の個人口座に4,000万ドルの賄賂を贈ったとされ、訴追されました。
彼は去年12月にバハマ国で逮捕され、その後すぐにアメリカに連行されました。
連邦海外腐敗行為防止法（Foreign Corrupt Practices Act）の贈収賄防止条項に違反することを含め、彼は不正なビジネス慣行に関連する13件の罪で追訴されたことに直面しています。
